Women’s Wellness Retreats

Thrive in this uniquely designed retreat centred around indigenous teachings at the Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre, near Midland, ON.

Drum Socialbring drums, shakers, rattles and skirts!
As part of the evening activities we will be able to come
together and share drum teachings and songs as a way
to connect and share in a healing way. Women are
encouraged to wear a skirt and bring their own drums or
shakers. There will be some extra shakers, rattles and skirts available if needed though. Traditionally many understood
the benefits of drumming and there is now additional
research that indicates drumming accelerates physical
healing and reduces tension, anxiety and stress.
